After exploring the competitive space, I began an audit of our control experience. We drilled down into the essential components to maintain and which to introduce. Working alongside my product manager and eng lead, we synced with our algorithm team to determine the best logic for serving personalized content.
On the Houzz App, the treatment was ramped to 100%. We saw 10.2% increase in orders and a 18.6% increase in GMV. This is now the default marketplace landing experience on the app.
